The Ministry of Trade and Commerce and private trade and industry together build the FIEO. FIEO means the Federation of Indian Export Organizations. Different types of Subscription for RCMC Registration under FIEO
The membership of FIEO is governed by the Foreign Trade Policy and its Memorandum of Association (MOA). Exporters are required to register for an RCMC (Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate) to access export benefits under these policies.

Essential Documents to attain the Registration of RCMC/FIEO
- Filled Registration/Membership Application form with business details.
- Self-attested copy of Importer Exporter Code (IEC).
- Bank Statement of the applicant.
- SSI/IEM certificate for manufacturing units.
- Statement of imports/exports made in the previous fiscal year.
- Company’s MOA/AOA or partnership deed (for partnership firms).
Certification of Registration-Cum-Membership
Exporters must obtain a Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) from FIEO to avail benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy. FIEO has been acknowledged by the government as an Export Promotion Council for this purpose.
The validity of the RCMC/FIEO registration
